Birthday Party Ideas

Hi everyone!

Here are a couple of birthday ideas that I'm sure will brighten up your party:

We all know that organizing a party can be stressful, so the simple everything is, the better. But at the same time we want to create something pretty and special for our guests.

A candy basket as a party favor is an excellent choice! Not only because you can fill it up with other things besides candy, but because you can adapt it according to your theme. You can use different papers and color combinations (peach and aqua colors look fantastic together!), or simply you can add flowers for a Primaveral look.

A magic wand is something that no girl can resist. And they are so quick and easy to make, that you'll end up making a bunch of these in no time at all. Instead of using stars and a ribbon, how about hearts and lots of strings for a more romantic feeling? ;)

No birthday would be complete without a birthday card! And Tombow Dual Brush Pens makes the task even easier! You can either use the blending pen (like I did in this card) or use water and a brush to blend the colors together, and if you don’t have a coordinating sentiment/stamp to go with your theme or simply because you feel like doing it by yourself, you can handwrite the sentiment using these markers too. I know… it is the coolest thing ever!! J

Finally, sequins are so “in” right now! But if you don’t like them, use rhinestones or glitter instead, or simple leave the card as is.

Now I’ll leave you to the video tutorial:
